When I tried the demo of this game I was totally flat by laughing that one has made something as absurd as a game where you have to make people sick in various unimaginable ways, after which I bought the game, which only made it even better. Player is all the money and time worth.
However, I only saw 4 stars, so the possibilities of the game are a little too limited in terms of gameplay.
