Bloom (itch) (RNG Party Games)

Bloom is a real-time narrative-driven social sim about starting up a flower shop made exclusively for Playdate. Tend to Midori's garden while texting friends and family as she starts a new chapter of her life. The game takes place over several real-life days.

You will need a Playdate to play the game, which isn't officially released yet (slated for Late 2021)! We hope to continue iterating on Bloom up to the launch of the Playdate, so follow along for updates. This build features a small section of the story that we plan to eventually complete in the commercial release.

Controls:

Bring up phone: Press up on d-pad

Texting: Crank to scroll through a conversation. Use the d-pad and the A button to select responses.

Crank to travel between the roof and the first floor.

Gardening: Hold B and use left/right to swap tools. Water with the watering can, harvest flowers with the shovel, or plant new seeds.
