About

THE GAME Explore the mysterious castle full of monsters and secrets in a quest to collect all the treasures (that will also protect you from the curses on your way) and crush the main boss. The game won't let you exit the castle, no matter how you try. Technically you can win, but there is no end. CONTROLS Press Enter to start the game Press 1, 2 or 3 to select a hero Strength, Intelligence and Dexterity at the hero selection screen are the maximal values which that hero can get. Strength is both for life and attack power, intelligence is both for mana and spell power. Dexterity affects your attack and defence accuracy. You lose the game when either of those parameters gets below zero! ON THE MAP Arrow keys to walk around Z or Enter to perform action (attack, open chest, read book, buy potions, use the stairs, gaze into an orb, drink from a pool) X or Space to cast spells in battle or to light a flare otherwise 1, 2 or 3 to select a potion to buy or a spell to use Press M to turn background music on/off ARTEFACTS AND CURSES Opal VS Blindness - you forget the map and don't see any new rooms, flares become useless Pearl VS Forgetfulness - you don't remember where have you been before Ruby VS Lethargy - monsters get the first turn to attack Diamond VS Weakness - you lose 1 strength point every 20 turns Emerald VS Bad luck - your minimal attack power drop to 1 instead of 50% of strength value Blue Fire VS Bookstuck - book sticks to your hands and you can't attack anyone in this state Sign VS everything except Bookstuck SPELLS Web prevents the monster from attacking and lasts 0-3 turns. Costs 1 point of intelligence. Fireball is obvious enough. Costs 2 points of intelligence. IQ instantly kills your opponent if it's intelligence is less than yours. Otherwise, you lose. This spell doesn't spend anything. Product received for free If in recent years popular games of the type of oldschool, well at least they come mass in the people, the Castle of no Escape is a game for quite an initial gaming. What this is all About-the lack of graphics as such, the rudiments of the alphabet, elementary sound design. For old, and quite ancient dyadek nostalgic for the rudiments of the player can roll.

Product received for free Kolennka entertainment sounds very strong. I have tried many times to understand the mechanics of the game, but it is too difficult for me. At first I tried to kill everything and all. It Doesn't work, as a result gamover. There is a choice of character, but it does not give a special difference in complexity. Tried not to kill the monsters, they still take out KP after leaving the cage. If you go down to the floor below, you can climb the other stairs upstairs. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, then I need to add some sane training. If not, balance the game itself or add a choice of difficulty.

Product received for free Game in the style of Oldschool eight-bit, but so hardcore I have not even met in my time. And How to kill them? Some mobs are much fatter than you and kill one on one. Mobs on the map is very much, and to raise the characteristics above stated initially does not work. In my opinion you need to change the balance or add the ability to raise characteristics. Otherwise everything Is as minimal as possible. Not all Music can endure. But there is a desire to wander through the floors, the benefit of such toys are interesting enough. I Put a plus in hopes that will make a little easier.

"Castle of no Escape/Castle of no Return" Fans of ancient Oldschool, nostalgic for the games of the 80s, dedicated to... "Castle of No Escape" is based on the ancient game of 1986 "Legeff'S Castle" and was made at the contest "Ludum Dare 31 Jam". "Ludum Dare"-Originally an internet forum, where since 2002 began to hold a competition for accelerated development of computer games with special rules. Basic-The game should be done within 2-3 days. "Castle of No Escape" is created under the style of old, text RPG with graphics game systems of the 80s. These games were popular when most of the current users of Stima are not yet born! Therefore it will be difficult for them to make an objective opinion about the game. Hardly Such an oldschool gameplay is able to captivate the present generation. The Game will be interesting to those who want to expand their knowledge in the field of gambling, interested in the development and programming of games. For completeness of the picture it is necessary to estimate both parts of game.
