Castle of no Escape 2
About
Prepare yourself for the dangers of the cursed castle! Countless heroes have tried and failed to destroy the ancient spell that holds its walls. Meanwhile, hundreds of monsters are roaming inside, guarding the sword shards — the last known thing to be capable of defeating the demonic castle owner, thus shattering its magical structure.
Although, you are not alone — some help could be obtained from the merchants, who, for reasons not truly understood, offer their services right inside the lair of evil. Though, it seems to be only a matter of time for them to disappear...
Explore 6 x 6 x 6 = 216 rooms of randomly generated hazards and enemies while collecting the necessary artefacts. Plan your next step carefully, because save points aren't a thing in a rogue-lite game! There is, however, another option, explained below.FEATURES
Battle System: Every character is different, try them all! Perform the Agile attack when you're in a pinch. Use armor and shields to your advantage and boost armor stats using the emblems.
PAL/NTSC modes: If the game feels too unforgiving, you can tone down the difficulty, lowering the framerate to 50 (PAL). Note, though, that music and sounds become more evil at the 83% of their original pitch.
Password System: Just like in an old NES game, in this game you need to input 13 characters to get back to your game session. Still, the powers of evil prevent you from saving anything much more than the artefacts you've found...
Unfold the mystery: Defeat minibosses to unlock more playable characters.CREDITS

Very entertaining.
I think a little expensive $100, it is better to wait for a sales of the same as the game although this very good, is a short. (I was 11 hours to complete it with all the characters)
Still, the game is very good, and choose between species either human, lizards and others but is a detail just great.
Of course, each character also has different abilities.
The Music is the best, a taste for the ears.
The game is short but not so easy, it is a matter of dying as three times to understand the game.
But not so difficult, because the fourth game, manages to complete it with the Hunter Lizard.
The only bad thing that has is the price too expensive for a game so short, but buy it with a sale is more than ideal. (I would pay it to $50 easy)
My rating is: 8/10.
-Thank You for valuing my opinion.

After a little thought, I think it is a minimally recommended game,. Unless you like the rougue like, then you'll be disgusted a little less. It Is a game of retro aesthetic and gameplay retro and Tosca, but has a certain charm. It'S 6 floors where you should look for the pieces of a sword and when you have it you can beat the boss. I get there because during the battles is not clear to me to do after a certain point and how to die they make you start from scratch, there I leave.
It Has several classes but basically no I like, apart from the lizard, but it depends very hard what you find you can touch a better or worse armor and is totally random in addition to certain gems that protect you from the curses, which you get in the same Points that skills, and can make it quite difficult to run.
I think it is well raised, but it is a bit slow, I say if you like the rougue like, this is not the best, but is passable.

Good Things:-The graphics and music are quite faithful to the 8bit style-once you understand the basics, the game hooks quite-you can play in PAL mode that is a little slower and easier-the difficulty is progressive, if you see a very complex room , you can go to another and wait to have more power Neither right nor wrong:-although it has support for command, it is not possible to return to the menu using the control, you have to press Escape. The default controls in command Xbox 360 are confusing (Start in LB?), fortunately can be changed, but then... The joystick stops working diagonally-.--is not officially listed as compatible with Steam Play, but I inform you that it is playable from Linux. The only thing that doesn't work are the sound effects, which I only hear on Windows. The Music does play and the rest of the game works.
Bad Things:-the translation to Espàñol is horrible, you have to play it in English yes or Yes, plus there is no manual in Spanish. While the effort is appreciated, for the translation they have done better directly to have it only in English.
-Can't I play in window?
Conclusion: 7/10 A tribute to the 8 bits of those who are no longer seen often. An impeccable experience in the gameplay, which sadly cries out for a polishing in the technical.
Verdict: Buy on offer, I have waited until the offer now of €0.81. I Think €8.19 is a little pricey for what the game has to offer.
