Children of Orc reviews and comments

Translated by
Microsoft from Russian
Controlling the only Orc, it is necessary to release all other Orcs on the planet. This is a meditative strategy without enemies. Wander through a quite a spherical world, broken into gexes, finding new expanses and new things. The actions are contextual: each object In the world and each tool has commands only when they can actually be used. The First ten minutes of the game is very cheerful and diverse, and this gradually fading feeling enough for another half an hour. Then the sobering begins. On the one hand, all the liberated Orcs do something themselves. Give them orders, and they build themselves, extracting wood and stone-at the same time set themselves tasks and solve them (ie, if you say the Orc "to deliver the board"-he will find the axe itself, chop the firewood itself, they will be sawed himself and bring himself to the nearest place where they are needed). Thus, there is no eternal vanity of Rtsok, which so strains usually me, when behind each character it is necessary to watch, what it, actually, does. And the process of research and clarification "what this object can do and where"-it gives pleasure, though and if necessary is disposable. But on the other hand, quite quickly it turns out that everything is not so much fun. Orcs stupid, and no protection from the fool. Order Ten buildings, bridge across the ocean or just five vaults, and Orcs will happily go to build. It is impossible to Cancel the building, so if in the process of a tree or stone run out, you will only start the game anew. Action is clearly not enough. From all possible constructions really need a sawmill, a bridge... And that's it. There are roads, there are warehouses, foundry, forge, you can extract iron ore and melt it into iron... Only it does not need for anything, except the execution of a single acachivki. Clearly the author of the game did not finish. Researching Worlds is fun. First time. And then it turns out that only pre-set worlds are available. Of course, there are twenty different pieces, but each preset is always the same-only the placement of orcs and resources varies. Customization is possible... But only if you buy it for money. There Are a lot of bugs in the game. For the short time that I played it, I ran into the fact that I have disappeared all the buckets, then Orcs dumb refused to do anything before rebooting (AutoSave on the exit is), then it turned out that the game categorically does not accept ALT + Tab, and save No more (I did not come out as I was expected, pancake). As A result, the game took twice as much as planned. In General, you can play and even quite fun. But not for long.
