A city building simulation + 2018-like puzzle hybrid. 

Drag blocks into the grid and make merging patterns. 

Resources are need to merge blocks into higher level ones, which are produced by blocks.

Notice that while producing resources, block need resources as costs as well! Lack of 'ingredients' makes block stop production.
