Colonoscopy 2.0

I don't think a game has been remastered and rereleased so quickly before! Thanks to the guys down at the Hello Playdate podcast for coming up with the great name Colonoscopy 2.0 (and thanks for pronouncing my dev name correctly at 8 minutes 45 seconds on episode 23!)

In this game you are a colonoscope and you hope that the patient has follwed their prep instructions.  How far down the colon can you go? Does this colon ever end? Just keep the colonoscope between the colon walls by using the A button (Although the B button might have been more appropriate for this game).
