The red ring around you is your blood, it is your health and your ability to do things.  To replenish it you must drink the blood of others. 

Enemies do not know who you are until they see you use your tongue, so lay low among them 

You can drink blood by standing on it which will absorb it slowly and wont replenish your blood as much as if you used your tongue. Use your tongue to effectively drink blood but it will alert those who see you.

Swapping bodies and using your tongue costs blood, if you are to low on blood to do either of them you will have to walk on some blood and drink it that way until your levels are sufficient

If you swap bodies enemies wont attack the body you are in but instead the body you were in until you alert them again.

There is no win state yet just a sandbox to try as many creative ways you can get feast on blood without leaving any witnesses alive. please enjoy as I forfeited two nights of sleep for this
