Darkrune

You are a mighty warrior tasked with protecting your homeland. One day, a sinister mage appears and banishes you to a dark dimension where you must fight to survive. With spooky ghosts and mindless ghouls around every corner, your only hope is to use the mage's magic against him.

Only if you can banish your foes and collect mysterious runes can you return home and save the land!

HOW TO PLAY

This game requires a keyboard. Use the W, A, S, and D keys to move around and use the "/" key to use runes you've picked up to banish your foes!

A Game for Love

Darkrune is Porchlight Game's submission to Games For Love's first Game Jam: Game JAM For Love I: Pixel Arcade. For this Jam, we needed to create an arcade-style game which could potentially be ported into a another VR game and played as if it were on its own arcade cabinet. We had a lot of fun creating this tiny game, and we hope you enjoy it, too!
