Demon Hunter 3: Revelation reviews and comments

With this third episode released in spring 2016, the brave giant Studio seemed to put an end to a trilogy since we finally got to the revelation of Dawn's past but the Demon Hunter series had a 4th Opus at the beginning of 2018. Scenario 5 years after the events of Demon Hunter 2, the Police appealed to the Demon Hunter dawn Harlock for a case that seems to have a supernatural dimension. A woman was murdered and her daughter was abducted in mysterious circumstances. As soon as he arrives, Dawn finds that the House where the drama took place is adjacent to a gloomy Church and a sinister cemetery haunted by terrifying demonic apparitions. In a bonus chapter, one embodies the policeman who gave the alert to live what he did just before dawn's arrival. Gameplay is a very classic hidden object game, in line with the two previous episodes. The SOC are quite numerous but they are present in several different variants. Final evaluation after two relatively mediocre episodes that had greatly disappointed, this Demon Hunter 3 is finally at the height of what one can expect from a hidden object game edited by artifex Mundi. The realization is better mastered than before, both technically and artistically, and the whole offers a rather pleasant ensemble to a dark gothic universe to wish. The scenario remains a red thread well present during our pursuit of the kidnappers of the little girl and the puzzles are chained to a good rhythm. Too much ease allows you to complete the game without help in less than 4H, including bonuses. One may regret to find a more common universe to this type of games, too high number of SOC and especially some redundancy with the beginning of the series because we find mini-games very similar (not to say identical). Finally, the game reveals the final word of the story about Dawn's past, even though it was stitched with white yarn. Too bad that this narration is not integrated into the plot but simply narrated in a book whose chapters are gradually discovered. A good set of hidden objects in the average of the genre that can be recommended on sale from-60% or-70%.

Beautiful graphics. The games are well made and interesting. The game is quite long but a pity that the paid suite is so hard to unlock: I only succeeded after many unsuccessful attempts.

Well done Hidden Object Adventure, but the Mini-games might be a bit more challenging. Unfortunately, the Translation of the English Hidden Object searches does not always coincide with the Germans (E.g. "Box" instead of actually a Travel Bag). This leads you to look for a Wolf or use an Unnecessary tip ... When playing a Mini-game with the Swords, it was not possible for me to sink the last Sword and it therefore unfortunately had to be skipped ... Overall but a nice Game ...

This game confirms all the potential of Artifex Mundi, which offers us a beautiful game of good quality. The images and the cinematic sequences are of value, I would say even "baroque" for the richness of the details and the visual impact. Hidden object scenes do not disappoint, while mini-games are perhaps all too simple. Overall, a linear and valid story, although a little pecchi in the finale that I consider too hasty. Also Good bonus adventure. Four full stars, and the consideration that at this price (I bought it at 4.99 euros) do not find many other games so.

Beautiful. Another Center of Artifex Mundi, the first two chapters were OK, but this surpasses them and deserves the podium. The protagonist, Dawn Harlock, receives a call from Agent Brown (the second title policeman), asking him for help with a "strange" case; A murdered woman, and her daughter disappeared into thin air. To Dawn (and to you) the task of shed light on what happened. Graphics and sound are among the most beautiful I have seen and heard, the atmosphere is "bleak" enough, everything is as it should be. Medium/Low Difficulty, you will not struggle too much, but the desire to continue the Earth is the interest. Collector's Edition with: Bonus Episode, Concept Art, replaying the Hog's and puzzles, reviewing movies, listening to the music of the game. In the various locations (beautiful) you will have to search the usual scattered objects (dolls, portraits and coins), and closing the usual trophies. I don't add any more, the rest find out for you. How to vote the maximum and a thank you to the Authors for this pearl. :)
