Fire Rescue!

These poor people have been caught off guard by an incoming wildfire. Try to keep them safe with a firefighting tanker airplane until they are rescued. Be careful though, the plane is circling and will take the most direct route to your target and it has to refill after a successful drop. Remember the fire retardant will not stop the fire, just delay it!
