Glowbug (Parallax)

This is a simple arcade game where you play a firefly who must devour other fireflies to grow bigger.
You can only eat enemy bugs that are equal to your size or smaller.
Eat 10 bugs to grow in size.

Controls: 
WASD: Movement
Shift: Speed Powerup
Space: Explosive Powerup

Powerups: Eat colored bugs to gain specific powerups.
Green = Speed,
Blue = Shield,
Red = Explosive AOE Attack

Made for the lowrezjam, specifically designed to be 64x64 resolution.

I wanted to add more features, but time got the best of me.. Will most likely upgrade this game/prototype to a slightly (only slightly) higher resolution where you zoom out upon growing, with expanded map and mechanics.
