Tao is a young trainee born in a small Chinese village, he loves to help people and was always accompanied by his beloved teacher... but when his teacher died between the claws of the demon queen while protecting the village from invading demons, Tao became the new sage of this countryside. 

Many villagers don't believe in him because of his "hotheaded" temperament, he will have to prove the contrary now being the last descendant of a line of sages of this village.

To do so, he will have to close the small breaches to advance and reach the top of the high mountain to finally confront the demon queen who destroyed the separation of the two worlds. He will finally understand what the true balance is.
