Isoland reviews and comments

Like Cthulhu on Flash So after the 4 Hours of play on Isoland, the namesake Island of a small Puzzle Game from Shanghai Studio Cotton Games, released in 2016 for Mobile, 2018 on Steam For PC. Packed with Puzzles, it got my Brain on My toes and entertained me magnificently for a ridiculous 79 Cents. Mr. Kaka calls us to Our rescue-Story & Gameplay With our reputation as an Expert In The Field of exploring mysterious Events, we reach Isoland, an Island somewhere between the Azores and the Iberian Peninsula. For there a Signal from space was received. So we set off and puzzle through some Buildings via Point and Click to unravel the Island's Mystery. We encounter all sorts of Allusions to Lovecraft and his Stories with Characters. So, all in all, not a rousing Story, but quite entertaining. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1668234520 Aug in Aug (en) with the Octopus-the Puzzles At the heart of Isoland are the Puzzles, which Consist of known Logic puzzles, of Applying found objects as well as some Symbol Puzzles. The latter Are quite crisp, even if you soon notice that every Detail that occurs somewhere in The Area is really needed to Solve any Puzzle. And so I actually used a Side of the good, old Notepad, on which I wrote Down rows of numbers, "Hieroglyphics" and other Codes. The Claim is quite above average, although everything is logical; So I had to spike into the Solution twice-partly because a Legend was hidden in the Imprint! https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1668234350 Are you also a Researcher? -Other The Game programmed in Flash has a simple but goal-oriented Graphics of clearly defined surfaces that look like filled with the Coloring Box, over which a digital Flicker Has been placed. The whole thing is Spiced up by small Animations. The inconspicuous Music creates an atmospheric Background Frame. The German Translation of the Texts has been achieved almost without error. There are only ingame achievements, none for Steam and no trading cards. You should definitely play through the Game twice: Because the second Pass is largely based on the first, but a Third of the second pass is offered new Puzzle Spaces, which not only offer a different Ending, but also sometimes show great Humour and the Supporters Paying Tribute. A small Puzzle game in which close Observation and Conclusions Form the Basis of Fun. Spiced with a Story that uses Elements of Lovecraft, and a humorous Presentation I can only recommend the Whole thing. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1668234442 Do you Fancy more Reviews with once more and once less archaeological Notes? Then come over and join my curators group The Archaeologist plays ... At.

The mysterious universe of this game that seems sometimes incomprehensible takes us and it is impossible to resist. Graphically the game is beautiful but it has a fairly short lifespan. On the other hand, what I want to put forward also is that the game has an extremely well calibrated difficulty. It's not too hard, it's not too simple. I just loved it

A very beautiful universe with a very nice gameplay. It is true that it is rather short, and the translation is rather average (but it does not prevent the game!) but the puzzles are nice and let's try to restart the game in order to unlock everything. Well, I have not all understood the story, but it remains a very cool game and I look forward to others more pushed in the genre!

Very Nice made game, fun puzzles, atmospheric music. Story is somewhat vague, but that is a bit like this type of game. Most regrettably, I found that a "second round" is needed to play the game, and that in that round you have to do almost all the puzzles once more to see the "real ending". Better I had found it, if you had in the same environment a second round with new puzzles and secrets, and the old one could just skip. Was really good enough. Also worth the money (1 euro some more)!

Very nicely made Game with loving Graphics and lots of nice Details. The Puzzles are tricky but doable. You can buy Videos with Solution instructions if you get stuck properly. Especially nice: At the second Play, new Puzzles are added, and only then do you get the "right" End. The German Translation is still bumpy at the moment, some Hints are missing from it. You should definitely play in English or at least read the English Version in parallel during Important Dialogues, switching the Language in the Menu is not a Problem.

-I think the graphic Design Is good, the Game is Fun. -Even if the German Translation now makes at least one Sense after the last Update, it is unfortunately still full of Spelling Mistakes. -The Puzzles are not particularly difficult. -What makes me angry, however, is that the Game is finished after a short Time and a "To be continued ..." Appears. I'm so fed up with it. More and more Games stop right in the middle of it, you stay behind in frustration and this "sequel follows ..." Appears. Apart from that, I have not experienced any sequel at any Game. Why put half Games into the AppStore?
