Alright, listen up! I got the Mayor on my ass about this like a hernia, and he wants you guys on the case. Why he wants you guys, I don’t know. You’ve cost this department more than all the Precincts in the rest of the state combined!

Anyways. You’ll be headin’ up a team of cops in LA, and you’ll be goin’ up against all manner of bad guys, packing some serious heat! Not ta mention The BIG Boss, Hawaiian Mo. Sure, it’ll be dangerous, but heck, it’s nothin’ you ain’t done before.

LA Cops is a fast, action packed 3D top down shooter set to a theme of 70s Cops in LA trying to do a tough job in a tough town. Gameplay includes an extra edge as you control two cops, using them strategically to get one up on the bad guys!

A smart targeting system UI allows, you, the player to position your cops tactically whilst taking out the bad guys in real time.

When you buy this game you get:
  • 8 main and 5 optional levels to play through. Each level is broken down into multiple sections totalling twenty overall.
  • Six Cops to choose from each with their own attributes that can be upgraded with experience points during play. Attributes include health, speed, ammo clip size & damage.
  • Five weapons to take out bad guys with including Pistols, Uzis, Shotguns, Assault Rifles & Grenade Launchers.
  • Destructible scenery
  • Multiple cut scenes tell the story of these Cops in full 3D. Just like people, not all Cops are bad & not all Cops are good.
  • Plus a Rock soundtrack that needs to be played loud!

LA Cops reviews and comments

L. A COPS, My opinion on this would Be the following.. The gameplay is great, the team shooter is the best.. Besides the game with that atmosphere of a typical Police of the 90 ' in L. A is the best.. The little that provides it sincerely you see that it has many maps, ways of thinking of using your partner tactically to thwart what Illegals do, etc. 10/10 Points.

At first I had a positive analysis of the game, but once past and with all the problems I have had to deal I can not continue to recommend your purchase. The game is very funny and quite original, and the truth that as they have finished fixing will be worth much, but it can not be that they have already taken the Early Access and have failures the size of not activating the achievements to get them or unlock screens The Pasartelas, having to be erasing and restoring the game varies times. Anyway, hopefully finish polishing, because although short is a lot of fun

To say it short. Don't buy that game! Why? At first, the game lures you into some fun gameplay, which is quite fine. The character upgrading and the hunt for achievements are quite nice to play for a while, but soon enough you step over some heavy issues. You try to get the medals for the different difficulties on each level, but remain on no further progress. Why? Just read the f***ing forums and discussions here on steam and how the developers don't give a♥♥♥♥♥♥about it and don't mind to fix the issues. Just empty promisses. Oh and of course you can't complete the game, because even if you complete the game practically it doesn't count it as solved and of course you f***ing never can complete the game nor can get the achievements. Some minor issues btw are the getting stuck in walls or other stuff or the sometimes not working hitbox of enemies, where you clearly shot someone WITH aiming in the head or elsewhere, where he should've gotten damage, but he just didn't. Instead he shoots you, because he then is alarmed. Oh and some enemies recognize you behind walls and doors, even if the game is not supposed to behave like that. And that's not enough! They shoot you through walls and doors sometimes, while you can't. Did I forgot to mention, that this game is f***ing expensive for so less content and this mess of fundamental bugs, that prevent you from finishing the game by 100%? Short said, in my opinion this game and the treating by the devs with issues and problems towards the owners of this game is close to fraudulent behaviour. Selling something that doesn't work properly and then not fixing it. Nice thing.
