Layer 88

Set in the 88th layer of the Abyss, which is a jungle

Look up the license for the webp library I don't have time to add it myself Fixed in the superior 7DRL version don't play the other one unless you're judging for the GIMM jam

Controls are mostly in the game but you have to walk into enemies to attack them

Goal is to find the purple portals to advance to the next level and see how far you get before you die

Play slowly, the code is bad and may lag severely when enemies are nearby

Hacked together from another game I made of a different genre

GitHub Copilot was used to help with the programming, GIMP was used to make the sprites, the music was made using FL Studio, and the sound effects were made with SFXR
