Locoland Steamland is a 2003 game. (Yes, they didn't even make the effort to change the name in-game). He puts you in charge of trains. You have factory and hangar to build the parts of your trains (locomotive, cannons, ammunition stockpiles, etc...) and repair them. The objectives are for the most part to destroy the enemy.
Train fights, it could be fun, but not even. The controls are simple, but the trains react badly to our orders. The fights are drafts and the life bars and ammunition so small... The interface is not at all intuitive and the tutorial almost absent, add to that some graphical bugs following ALT + tab. In a final hope, the music raises the level a little to make you pass the suffering.

Locoland is a huge Gameplay that Game has passed the Test of Time with Flying colours.
Gameplay holds up well and is worth every Penny.
The Genre is very well chosen-a very funny Mix of TD & FPS, if you want to put it that way, it's a Train Tower Defense game.
Gameplay: I move a Locomotive from Point A to Point B and have To attach Cannons to destroy stones lying around on the Tracks, for example, to get further.
I can have different Weapons hanging to my Locomotive the different Firing forces so will turn my Locomotive into a Train.
In time, of course, other Trains come by, which I then of course have to fight, which is very Fun. But there is more to do, such as taking Factories.
Of Course, there is also a Repair Shop to bring the Locomotive back to High Gloss and repair the damaged Trains.
The opposing Moves move smartly and fast and I have to be close to fight them is the Opponent sometimes too far away you have to go after the Train to catch in again.
