Small Update after the first Buzz:-)
You must not forget, of course, that it is not a Full Prize Game. You get it normal for £1.99, currently in the Sale for £0.99. And as I've seen by now, it's a Mobile Port, there's also for Lau in the Google Play Store. I don't know whether the Scope is the same.
Go into Detail now. My positive Review or Recommendation has not changed!
What is Mad Bullet? A Rail Shooter. What is it all About? Highscore.
From the First-person perspective, you follow without your assigned Paths, apart from minimal Influence at certain Forks, and shoot at pretty much everything you see on the Screen. Be it Opponents, of which there are surprisingly many Variations, stray animals (Birds, Chickens, Snakes), Barrels, boxes, signs, Guitars, Ladders, Etc. In addition, there are civilian/animals that you should not shoot. So either just shoot At it (otherwise give minus points and cost a Star (a Star = a life point)), shoot at the Host e.g. on the beer Glasses or shoot at prisoners without Hitting the Person.
That, by and large, is almost all you need to know.
In addition to the rather long Road on which you continue and also move in Circles, there is also a little Variety, different Places to turn to (Indian Village, Mexican town, Wild West Town) and 3 Minigames (shooting Birds from the Sky, Hüphner and Ninjas shoot at the Chicken Farm and a Hotel where you have to fight out Ninjas or their Litter stars).
You can level up and upgrade over Gold Bags that you accumulate a few permanent Bonuses. In addition, you can activate a few Temporary Bonuses for a few gold Bags at the beginning of each Round.
In addition to the classic Game Modes, there are also 2 heavier Levels of Difficulty, a Zen Mode and one in which you play against the Clock. All not too creative but good but motivated.
Achso, there is no History, this is all about Gameplay and High Scores:-)
Have 23 of the 31 Achievements, which is also quite motivating so far.
I really like the Graphics. Comic-like Style, the Characters are only sporadically animated, the Backdrops, the whole objects, everything seems very coherent and is quite funny to look at.
The Sound is also very successful, beautiful Background dudel, very good Sound Effects with a few short Speech events here and there.
Control is simple and very accurate I would say that way. Aim With the Mouse, shoot left, reload right. Is actually only one Thing that bothers me about the Whole thing. At the top right in the Corner is a Pausebutton, if you want to shoot something up there you end up in the Pausemenu. A bit unfortunate, but also no Broken Legs, you have to be faster before they march out of the Picture at the top right:-)
So, my Conclusion: Failed all round. Such Mobilegames can end up here at Steam. Hope really there comes even more along the Lines of the Developer. My favourite Rail Shooter Since the good old SEGA Times:-)
Original Text: habs picked me up today for €0.99million where I saw it in the Sale.
What can I say would also have been worth the €1.99-(you don't treat yourself to anything else);-)
Find the Graphic Style top, the Setting fitting and the Gameplay simple and good.
SO must be a Rail Shooter!
By leveling up certain Bonuses (you can improve with the earned IngameMoney in the "Store") you are motivated to stay away and of course because it is for me the perfect Game that you can always start briefly in the Future.
Clear Recommendation!
