Maize
About
Maize is a first-person adventure game about what happens when two scientists misinterpret a memo from the U.S. Government and create sentient corn. And that last sentence is pretty much the least ridiculous thing about the game.
Explore an abandoned farm and a not-so-abandoned underground research facility as you uncover the mysteries around Maize, and possibly learn a bit about yourself along the way. Or maybe not.
With a colourful cast of characters and an absolutely absurd world, Maize offers up a unique experience that keeps the surprises coming. Seriously, they’re everywhere.Features

Unwitting Story around Mai's Conclusion Maize is a fun Adventure that doesn't take anything like that seriously at all. It is about a secret Laboratory where intelligent Corn is bred. The Player is thrown into the event in without any kind and often wonders what the whole thing is supposed to be? After one Hour at the Latest, Vladdy the Bear appears and, in every possible Situation, says something like what you think. Mostly still decorated with some Swear Tirades, which probably makes even the most grumpy Player at least smile. In any case, I had to laugh loudly again and again because the Story and its Protagonists are crazy funny. Unfortunately, the Story is a bit short. After 4.5h I already had these by including all but 4 collectables (with reading the respective description) as well as reading all found Notebooks. Despite everything, I don't storm the Money because I will certainly play through the Story again with Friends ... (Perfect for an Evening Entertainment)
At the Latest with a Sale of 25% or a Must game Mechanics The Game is certainly reminiscent of Point & Click adventures from the Mechanics except that it is just in the Egbe Perspective. You collect div. Items that then need to be used and/or combined in certain Places. The Puzzles or The Possible Combinations are often very simple and always logical. So Trying vertestle around is not necessary. In addition, each Item has a description that the Zeck for which it is used indicates more or less clearly. So If you get stuck, just read the Item Descriptions.
Pro Funny Story Surprises and witty Characters Good GRAPHIC & Sound Simple Control VLADDY!!
Kurzweilig Collectables (all with very funny Description) Contra Short Story (4.5h including 95% of Collectables + read all descriptions and Notes) Motion Blur for Kotzen ... In the truest sense. Had to disable it via the Spielini's because I was Nauseous (Instructions on switching off at the bottom) No Controller support (yet) no remapping of the Controls possible anything Linear, you can hardly do anything wrong let simple Puzzles fail, are likely to have a tick Be heavier.
Very limited Graphics Options (the Q Button has no Function!;D) Who is the Game suitable for?
You have to like that a Game often takes itself on the road and can't take itself seriously. You must have no Problem continuously by Vladdy the Bear as Vollidiod being Berated to players who liked the Humour of Stanley Parable.
If you don't want anything too demanding To play is surely right Here. You should understand English at least moderately For whom is it not suitable?
If you're looking for a serious Game with a deep Story ... This is definitely not what we find here ...
If You play more often in First-Person Games, you might want to wait for some Patches until you can switch motion Blur and FOV in the Ingamemenü.
From me a clear Buy recommendation at the latest at a Sale Finally, what Vladdy would say to this Game: Originally posted by Vladdy the rusbear: The Game is shit Amiware programmed by Idiots!
