MEGA MAN X reviews and comments

Since the days of the SNES, the X series has breached my heart right away. You want for its difficulty, charisma of the characters and music, but to date remains one of the most difficult titles along with the Dear and good old Megaman and Ninja Gaiden. Obviously with the difficulty to easy you lose what was one of the most difficult titles in its time. And now also give us X2 and X3, I have a pending account with Bits and Bytes!

REVIEW: This old version of Megaman X is not bad, but the new style, Megaman: Maverick Hunter X is ten times better than this version. I'd love to have MMHX in my iPhone, so I won't need to bring my PSP everywhere whenever I want to play MMHX. Capcom, please, make a mobile version of MMHX. And even a mobile version of Megaman: Powered Up (the new style game for PSP). It would be so awesome. :-) AN ISSUE: When I tried for the achievement Maverick Hunter, and cleared Story mode using only X-Buster, and never changed to any other weapon, I didn't get the achievement. Is that an issue that needs to be fixed? Thanks!

Owning the original of the Super Nintendo I see myself forced to compare the two versions. For the graphics I find them superb nothing to complain, the soundtrack still as sympathetic and the gameplay is so to speak present. But I have a clear impression that this version has been completely shaken in its unfolding it is too simple even in normal mode. Where is the difficulty of the time in any case more here. The levels have changed too is the armor and bonus pieces are simplified in their getting. This Portage could have been a killing if these last points had not been altered. So will be 3 small stars for a good little game that are all not very expensive.

I have never been a fan of Mega Man but I must say that this title is well done. It Is certainly difficult and loses the exploratory component of the first titles resulting linear but is still well packaged, precise and without much confusion. Recommended for enthusiasts and those who want to taste a little old school. For rescues save me at the end of each level. I Go to save and every new game I choose continues and makes me continue with the levels I had done. Update Everything runs to the last levels where the usual Japanese masochism forces a single tug with bosses rarely frustrating. You play to have fun not to frustrate after a week of work and this also the Japanese (who were once leaders of the video game market) must understand it by renewing gameplay mechanics that if they could find a sense 30 years ago today do not like (almost) No more to anyone.
