About

As you make your way through an underground megastructure, you fall into an area with a long-lasting power outage. Your only way forward is to find a path towards the elevator, in the surrounding darkness, which will lead you to a higher level. Hopefully leading out of this place.

Tread the pitch black corridors of the structure, and try to find your way out.

GAMEPLAY

Use various devices at your disposal, to illuminate the darkness.

  • Use the torch to illuminate your close surroundings

  • Throw flares to create a mobile source of light

  • Place beacons to mark your way

Find the elevator and use it to travel from one floor to another.

Solve problems preventing your journey, and continue onwards.

COLLECTIBLES

Some levels contain collectible upgrades for the player characters.

Nyctophobia reviews and comments

-Get free (Failmid)-Game time: For both Game models 1 Hour + easy to achieve 100% Achievements + music + two Modis + Pieces of paper and Things you can look for-Graphics-little Horror elements-sound of the Zombies-just seems cheap-no Race possible for Zuers t I thought it's a cheap Copy of Slender, as you can also find Slips of Paper here. But these Pieces of Paper don't matter at Nyctophobia (just for a few Achievements). Much more is important to find a few Things to get into a new Area. The black Man who is the "Boss" here doesn't really Scare you, you just shouldn't get too close to him. But there are some Elements that you are not allowed to touch, otherwise you die and you have to start all over again. The Flashlight is your best Friend, run out of batteries, you die. Only in second Mode, some Feel comes up As there are some Zombies there that you can kill but don't have to. Again, the Goal is to get Stuff done. Purchase Recommendation only if you want to achieve 100% of Achievements, because this is easy with the Game and even in a short Time. Otherwise, just a cheap "Horror" Game that at least didn't give me a big threatening Feeling.

The Fear, if not the Light goes out ... I got the Game for free, but can still recommend it net. The Animations are cheap and the Gameplay ... Well... We land with a broken Pickup somewhere in the Middle of Nowhere and get any Pieces Of paper thrown to the Head that we should repent, otherwise we are dead. UH, then why do we just run back the Road and look for Help when we are given extra warning? Well, no matter then we have our Thirst for Discovery. The Task in the Beginning is to go to each of the 4 Locations and collect the Items there. In Doing so, we have to be careful that we run out of flashlight net. Why? I have no idea. Because even though our Flashlight empties the Batteries, as if it has to provide light to a Small Town, there Are batteries all around everywhere. Really every 4 Meter you will find a Pack of Batteries. Probably a Battery Factory went airborne and that's why I picked up about 200 Batteries. UH, where was I? Achja, with the Axe you then beat a Door very clunkily, you glides through some Furniture and 2 Times I drowned, although I once sat in a nice Boat and once when the Water went to my Boots. And why is there a Minefield Around, where you can just walk comfortably along the Fence? But some Things also looked so bad: The old Steam locomotive and the Skeleton that hangs under the Bridge. I suspect that was the Manager of the Battery Factory Who just didn't want any more. Otherwise, you have to solve serious Puzzles, such as 4 Rocks, each of which has a Sign of pushing on 4 Plates, which in turn each have a Sign. In the second Mode there are Zombies, some of which are so fixed that I was able to complete the Task net. Well, at least the Sounds from the Zombies were quite a bit creepy, if absolutely inappropriate:D Verdict Nyctophobia seems like a first Attempt by a Programmer to develop a Game. If mans were to offer here for 50 cent, I would still be Sympathetic, but so I can simply recommend net as it is vain. Pretty scrappy. After a maximum of 1.5 Hours you would probably be through. In fact, 45 Minutes was entertaining for me, but rather because I found the Game so ridiculous that the "Horror" had no Chance. However, the Music was quite good for a Horror Game, but the Game was unfortunately not. I could leave myself here even longer, but I have to go: I still have to get Batteries ...
