What is this?

This is a Proof of Concept game, to show how we can use GPT to power NPC AI in a game and deliver infinite quests and actually have each player play a completely different story.

Play for a bit and compare your experience with a friend.

How to play

Explore the map, talk to the animals and complete quests for them. Stories will naturally come to life as you play the game and talk to the characters.

• Run - SHIFT

• Menu - ESCAPE

What is an OpenAI API key?

You need an OpenAI API key to play this game [here]. Your API key is not stored anywhere in the game, not even in local save data, but if you still do not trust the game but want to try it out, I suggest making a new key and removing it right after you play it.

You can change which GPT model to use in the Options menu.
