QUAKE Mission Pack 1: Scourge of Armagon
About
After defeating Shub-Niggurath, you arrive back at your home base on Earth, but it's not all blue skies and butterflies. Apparently, not all QUAKE forces have been subdued. Chaos ensues as you blast your way through the QUAKE minions and toward the infested gateway. Your only choice is to find the source of evil and shut it down. Without any hesitation, and with more guts than common sense, you leap into a portal of unknown destination.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Game: Quake Mission Pack 1: Scourge of Armagon is a continuation of the Story of Quake, the 1996 Classic of First-person Shooter history.------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Single Player: Quake Mission Pack I: Scourge of Armagon: A Continuation of the Story of Quake, playful Identical only one are new 4 new Opponents, 4 new Weapons, 3 New Power-ups and new Music added.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Multiplayer: The Multiplayer mode is still active in Small circles, but with different Mods e.g. Dark Places you can easily still find active Servers.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Graphic: The Graphics are still very nice to look at, but I Still rate to the modden because you can take your Graphics Quite individually preferences.
(I have, for example, graphic Style Original and better Lighting effects, higher Resolution and other small schnack)----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Music: The Music is at the Steam Version Non-existent and must be manually downloaded and inserted.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=119489135 Control: The Control Super, had no Problems with Mouse and Keyboard too to play.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Pro/Contra: + good Graphics + very good Controls + lots of Secrets + easy Moddbar and very Many Mods-Soundtrack not present in the Steam Version-------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Conclusion: One of the best Shooters who is very well violated by the Community Mods. I used to always like to play Quake as a Kid, and to this day it's really awesome the different Opponents and their Quirks, the big and clear level Build-up and the many Secrets. The Best thing about Quake is that you can Play it fast and slow, but this Game Speed can only be found with old ID Games and not with most new Shooters. I've needed 3h on Simple with a Pair of Secrets and hanging. So If you buy for €4.99or it times on Offer, you certainly won't be disappointed.
The two Add-ons are already quite well done not 08/15 DLC Crap but individually I would not have bought them. But if you buy the Quake Collection, it's perfectly OK.
I advise everyone to let the Quake Collection Poisons get If it's reduced by 75% (£5.75) and Buy Quake IV (Retail) as a Key (for about €7am) from the Keyseller on offer and Quake Live if it's reduced by 75% (£2.50t).
I didn't pay more than €153 for 5 Games and 5 Add-ons that are always quite good.
