Rat #362

In this game, you play as a rat trying to escape a lab. make your way through the scientist's maze, eating loose drugs that were made to be tested on you. Each one will have a random effect, causing a different type of mutation that will hinder or help your progress

z = lunge to avoid being caught

x = squeak to attract the scientist's attention

c = eat a pill that you are standing on top of

make your way to the super-secret exit to escape! Your score is also based on the number of pills you eat

There's a couple of glitches but we had fun making it, and hope you like it :) if you are interested in playing a more complete version, we'll try to update it with bigger and more interesting levels, fix up the glitches, and polish it up after this game jam is over

*press escape key twice to keep playing once caught after pressing restart

you cant actually win because of a hitbox mistake, but if you get to the end imagine a crowd of people saying how wonderful you are.
