About

Includes 25 fantastic bundled tracks!! Or, race your own music...

Inspired by some of our favourite games like Wipeout, Trackmania, Vib-Ribbon and Audiosurf…

Riff Racer is a high-octane music based racing game where we create racetracks from the songs in your music library.

Not a rhythm game, but a fresh twist on music-powered game creation. Action on track is synced to the audio, you literally have to race the music to stay in time and score points.

You've seen other music powered games, Riff Racer takes the concept to the next level with our innovative MEGA engine. It takes any audio file, analyses it down to its core components and creates a unique racing experience from the structure of the song.

Verses, choruses and drops become checkpoints, and the environment and cars are styled to the genre of music you're playing.

Experiment with your music collection and find out which songs make the best racetracks!

  • Be the first to 'create' a race-track from a song and have your name forever enshrined on the track’s leaderboard.

  • Multiplayer features - Challenge your friends' ghosts to your favourite tunes and beat their high-scores on the track!
    • **Please note Riff Racer does not support live multiplayer***

  • Score big for staying in sync, whilst performing stunts, jumps, drifts and rolls!

Riff Racer has unique environment styles based on different music genres, and a selection of genre based cars and liveries (and some secret cars you have to work out how to unlock!).

Riff Racer currently supports MP3, FLAC, and OGG file formats.

Riff Racer has full controller support in that you don't need a mouse and keyboard to play the game, but we only support newer xinput devices such as the X-Box 360 and X-Box One controllers. Older directinput controllers such as the Logitech Dual Action are not currently supported.

Hhallo all Togetherness, Now Report an Age Fox in this Game. I'Ve been having it for Years now. Even As long as I can remember that it was called "Drive Any Track" in the Early Access (Short DAT, for all those Who wonder why a lot is discarded with it, the Ice Emotes on Steam or the police car in the Game). Back then there Were acuh no German translation which was really good for some Things. And there was no 2sec even after a Failed Drift. Pause until you were allowed to continue. ;D Well, Now to the Topic: What exactly is this Game? This Game uses an Algorythmus or program that Analyzes your Music and converts it into a Racetrack. You can drive it then. Complicated in implementation, Simpel in Principle. What's the Game like? This Game is hurried. Quite good in my Opinion. It is the smallest things that Disturb such as: ... The funny Barrier physics from time to time (which especially hates the Ghost car, whatever) (rarely occurs) ... The Track Analysis for some Songs (So, the Track with funny Jumps to the Bsp.) ... The Ghost riders of the Score Hunt to 1st Place. (The Spirit of the other Players) or even the Slower songs are now and then really funny. The Good Things, though:-Graphics of the Game-Vehicles and Paintigs Of the Game-The fun for Driving challenging songs-Challenging and Defeating The Ghost driver-And That one thing that can Heat driving can really grat its loving music. I Sage in Advance, it's not for everyone, but it's also already having a Fun and therefore Predicate: Good.

German first, english below. German Anyone Who sees my Game Count will notice that I collect. This is how I come to Games without which I know when I bought them. Idlen by Cards and at the latest then the Games (except those I like) have disappeared in the Valley and are waiting for the next Ice Age. So here, too. Launched Yesterday from long and ... The Game is Bomb! Graphic, Style, everything * meh * and you can argue about it. But the Gameplay is well known and awesome! You choose a Track, and the Song is used to create the Track. While the Walls are highly magnetic (or I just inept), it's a morid fun to race To your Favorite Songs. While racing Is not quite right, because you don't have any Passengers, but just have to stay in sync with the Song. Scanning a Song takes a few Seconds. If you want to drive the Song again later, it remains registered and re-play goes jerky. Tested with Alan Walker-Faded, Andrew WK-Party Hard & a Track from Captain Stewart's F-Zero GX OST. All Tracks work beautifully. By the way F-Zero, the Sci-fi Setting about luminous Cities reminds me strongly of F Zero from Gamecube. And the Neon Style is reminiscent of 80s, Far Cry Blood Dragon, A Team, Knight Rider and Blue Nun from the Water Bubble. English Everyone who counts my games, understand that I am a games collector. So i i often get games, i am surprised that i own them. Idling for steam trading cards and then they disappeared in the sink and wait for the next Ice Age (except those I like). Like this game. Yesterday i started it cause of boredom and ... The game is bomb! Graphic, style, everything * meh * and you can argue about it. But the gameplay is known and ingenious! You choose a song, and based the song the track is created. Although the walls are highly magnetic (or i just got no skill), but it makes really fun, racing to your favorite songs. Well, "racing" not really, because you do not have any rivals, but you have to stay in sync to the song. The scan of the song takes a few seconds. If you want to race the song later, the song remains registered and play again is easy. Tested with Alan Walker-Faded, Andrew WK-Party Hard & a track from the F-Zero GX OST CAPTAIN Stewart. All tracks work wonderfully. Btw; F-Zero, the Sci-fi setting on shining cities reminds me of F Zero from Gamecube. And the neon style of 80s, Far Cry Blood Dragon, A-Team, Knight Rider and Blue Nun from the water bubbler.
