I've mixed feelings about this program. On one hand it's pretty good and you really learn to play the songs, and it really is fun to play them. but the notation is too much from rockstar, if they'd just use tabs, or at least a tab mode it would be far better. Like this you have to learn a 2nd, or 3rd way how to read the notes. And this is the main reason why I stopped using it, and went to programs like 'Guitar Pro' that do excactly that.
Also the navigation is pure evil, mixed with quit long loading times it gets on your nerves.
The excercise section on the other hand is pretty cool and probably the most usefull section of all. Innovative games that are actually quiet hard.
I love the idea of rocksmith, I actually some hours trying to play certain songs when I startet to play guitar again. But without the tab mode it just felt like a dead end.
