Rocksmith 2014 Edition - Remastered reviews and comments

Very effective as a game to learn to play an instrument. However I find the interface to review, lack of ergonomics. The introduction to the launch of the game that cannot be passed, leave the game by pressing ESC and leave twice with a small waiting time. The pause repetition system that does not allow to move forward or backward in the music as does the simple pause by making echap. And some note detection worries potentially related to my setting (I don't know). But despite the few rather negative points I recommend it anyway for the envy and pleasure that its giving to learn.

Why have I taken so long to decide to take this "soft"! To know that I am a casu in the field, I scraped some chords crossed when I was younger on a dry guitar to try to seduce the nénettes. Today I feel like a Rockstar! More seriously, Rocksmith is quite complete. Classes, mini-games and songs galore! (Interested in SourceForge which allows you to add up millions of songs updated fairly regularly, you will need just a little technique but explanations are available on YouTube or on their forum;)) I have about a hundred hours at the moment but I feel the margin of progression, it is very pleasant. So naturally, I recommend:)

Rocksmith is just great, I've been doing guitar for 2 years as a self-taught and having this game is really huge for perfecting or even learning guitar from scratch. There are a lot of classes, ranging from how to hold his picks and his guitar to how to make tapping with two hands! A little time of adaptation will be necessary time to spot the strings and frets on the screen, something that is not obvious the first few days, but once passed this little obstacle is only happiness. The mini-game "Guitarcade" are great, the term learn by having fun takes everything are meaning. We learn the different chord, chord passage, slide, etc. on the background of mini-game with retro graphics, really great! In short, if you've always wanted to get into the guitar, this game is pure wonder!

Rocksmith® 2014 Edition-remastered the gameplay in two words: RHYTHM GAME and the most learning method: + the fastest learning method I know to get on the guitar. + A much more accomplished version than the previous one. + An impressive list of DLC-bought songs. + Pop, rock, metal, blues, jazz, Funk, there's a taste for everyone! + Three ways to approach each piece, solo guitar, rhythm guitar and bass guitar. + A staggering number of features! + The difficulty is gradual. + The GUI is really classy. + A MUST have! The less:-the Rocksmith™ real tone cable is difficult to obtain. -The price of songs in DLC is a bit exaggerated. Lifetime: Rocksmith one day, Rocksmith always! My evaluations are written in a comprehensive manner. They encompass the basic game and all of its DLC.
Unique game which requires real electric guitar to play and motivates you to learn guitar play better. It's quite expensive because it requires special cable to connect your guitar and lots of DLCs with new songs to learn.
As an experienced guitar player I can say that you will get faster and better results by learning guitar in a classic way, but it is still fun to include game element in that process.
Also there is an option to play with friends, which should be even more fun.
