Roots of Betrayal

It's an unusual tower defence game in which you protect the Big Tree from lumberjacks by the Forest Keeper. For defeating all enemies you have use roots of the Big Tree for creating buildings and save the Forest.

In the old times people lived in harmony with the forest. They respected forest animals and spirits, used forest's resources but always gave back gifts or offerings. However humans are creatures of greed, eventually they betrayed traditions and started to take more than they gave. 

Nowadays people destroy forest without giving anything back, forest spirits have no other choice except defending the forest from intruders. The Big Tree sits in the center of the forest and nourishes all forest life, now humans made it their primary target. The roots of The Big Tree are spread all over the forest and forest spirits use the power of these roots to defend their home. You are the last of such spirits, it's up to you to defend The Big Tree and save the forest.
