SCP: Secret Laboratory
About
SCP: Secret Laboratory is a multiplayer horror game, based on SCP - Containment Breach by Regalis (2012). To create this game, Unity engine was used to provide high stability and good graphics. Still being at the beta phase, game can contain an amount of bugs and errors which are usually spotted by a large team of testers and fixed quickly after.
It is a completely free horror game based on SCP Foundation creepypasta series. The Foundation focuses on protecting world from any entity, object or phenomenon which exceeds the all-known idea of normal.

It is a completely free horror game based on SCP Foundation creepypasta series. The Foundation focuses on protecting world from any entity, object or phenomenon which exceeds the all-known idea of normal.
The underground facility suffers from multiple breaches from various SCP objects which escape their containment chambers. During this events chain, players are given roles to play:
- Class-D Personnel - Prisoners kept for a purpose of being lab rats. Their mission is to escape the facility without getting any attention from others.
- Nine-Tailed Fox - Team designated to neutralize the danger and rescue Scientists.
- Scientist - Breach attendant that tries to escape the facility alive.
- SCP Object - anomaly trying to kill as much people as possibly. Currently only few SCP objects can be found in-game, but progressively their number will grow in oncoming updates.
- Chaos Insurgency - Foundation traitors, trying to help Class D to escape in order to obtain helpful information.
Randomly generated facility and role division makes every game special and full of sensations! You never know where you are heading or what awaits you behind the next door, no matter of what role you are playing. The winner team is one that finished all of its objectives.
There are many ways of fighting against enemies, from using firearms to detonating the whole facility with an hydrogen bomb.
In the game, we can encounter such anomalies like:
- SCP-173 - Living concrete sculpture that can move only when not observed, killing people by snapping opponents' necks.
- SCP-106 - Humanoid able to walk past matter, sending its prey to its Pocket Dimension.
- SCP-079 - Self-evolving Artificial Intelligence, able to control facility control systems.
- SCP-049 - Plague doctor trying to "cure" everyone he meets.
- SCP-914 - Object improving machinery.

I found this Game yesterday via YouTube by Chance and decided to try it out with my Buddy.
At first we had big Problems to get into the Game itself. The official Servers are 90% full and those who do not work on Joining or are so full that my Buddy could no longer join.
So I decided to create a dedicated server That runs through Hamachi. The only thing you have to do as a Host to get this running is to download LogMeInHamachi, create a Network and get your Mates involved there. They also need the Program to join the Network. You still need to unlock the ports "7777" that the Game uses as a Host (Possible via the control System for active Firewall). Then you can create a Round in the Game and let your Friends join from Hamachi via your IP4. If you have any Questions about this, you can contact me.
We only tried it to 2 and didn't find it bad, 2 but a bit counterproductive. So we got even more Friends to join in. In the End, we were to 5. And I have to say, the more People you are, the more fun it is. I do not recommend Using TeamSpeak or the like, but only the ingame Voice chat Because it is much scarier and more authentic. The Game, for which it is only a Beta, is extremely much Fun. So do my Friends.
But there are currently bugs that I would like to explain:-The Old Man SCP can only kill by taking People the wrong Way in his Pocket Dimension. As soon as the first one dies there his Corpse remains in The corridor and one can discuss with the others which course they must take to survive. As a result, the Round is broken and the SCP is unable to kill anyone any more.
-Items I use from bspl. Corpses repeal do not come into my Inventory. They disappear from the Ground, but are completely gone afterwards.
-Everything that dies turns into the Ragdoll of a smooth Person. Even the SCP that is a Computer.
Then I ask and recommend the following to improve the Game and I am missing:-You can interact too little with the Environment-The Maps are basically generated pretty much equally and the EIntleties that are extra there to evacuate and search the Foundation Not even a Map of the Terrain. That should be the least of it.
-Dead Players, no matter from which Faction (except SCP), spawn again at Death after some Time or are brought back into the Game by van or helicopter. This seems infinite and, in time, is genuinely inauthentic and annoying for opponents. Such Types of Respawns should at most be triggered if one finds a special Space with which one can call reinforcement, depending on which Faction reaches this Room first. Class D Personnel as an Example could call the Chaos Insurgency, Scientists this Special Fox Unit.
-More SCP's and a Way to have them basically controlled by the AI-Maybe Pieces of Paper on Which you can write messages that you can place on walls to give tips, to communicate or even to draw attention to yourself.
-The Old Man can usually walk through Walls. He should also be able to do that by Black Hole, but he goes extremely slowly through walls as compensation.
-Hiding Ways to hide from SCP's or enemy Forces, such as Cabinets or the like. This would make the Game a lot more exciting.
-More Detailed Information on Elevators so that you know if you are going down or up.
-Discover more different Spaces that may also be generated more randomly internally-Readable Notes about SCP's And the Situation in The game-Findable Map of the Terrain-the Opportunity to duck and look around Corners
