Shuriken showdown (itch)

After re-closing their borders to develop newer technologies, Japan decides they're ready to face the new world. 

The year is now 2051, and Japan has finally decided to re-open their borders to show the world what they've achieved. 

The Japanese military had recently been replaced by a new association, the DNN. (Definitely Not Ninjas) 

The DNN is fully equipped with revolutionary technology, including modernized Shurikens that are able to rewind and phase through all type of matter to return to their owners.

 Now that Japan's borders are open again, this information has leaked out into the world, attracting a lot of attention to the DNN... 

One of the DNN's top ninja's, Hanzo, wakes up one morning only to find that his dog is missing! A note was left behind with some very ominous writing...

We have your dog. We demand a simple trade, a rewindable shuriken in exchange for your dog's life. You have 24 hours to decide. 

Hanzo throws the note on the ground, looks out the window, takes a deep breath and talks outloud.

You want a rewind shuriken? I'll make sure you get one... in your back.

He rushes out his home without a sound. 

This can only end one way...
