Sleep Tight (itch) (TroldKarlens Hat)

I have been battling stress and sleeplessness for many years. It seems to be a consequence of losing yourself to game development. 

Two years ago I decided to try to fight back. 

I would try to capture the early signs of stress in a game. Hopefully it would help me be better prepared and able to catch it in the beginning. Before it, once again, would take control of my life.

Sleep Tight is that game.
