A very good little game for the price.
While it seems at first fairly simple it proves really arduy and requires to think well its strategy so as not to end up with massive departures of employees.
After some mechanics are not intuitive (for example no way to refuse a contract, in order to be able to track the requested workloads the only option is to transfer or send on vacation the employees looking for contracts if there are too many) and the interface is perfectible (unable to change work schedules for a whole room or from the list of employees visibly, or not found how), but it is done and for the price it is very correct.

The management possibilities are very high (I thought you could handle it a little more subtly, but it is impossible to manage the cost of office supplies, heating, choosing a neighbourhood or settling down, hiring less staff qualified but cheaper, etc etc...)
In the end, you always have to do the same thing (hire 4 types, build an Office, redraft 4 types, build an Office... ad nauseam) from time to time we catch a new contract and we can... Hiring even more guys.
