About

Stories: The Path of Destinies is an action RPG developed by Spearhead Games.

The story is set in a steampunk world on floating islands. You play as Reynardo, a corsair that had retired from his adventures because of his mother's dying wish. One day, the town he lives in is attacked by the ravens sent by the Empire. Reynardo survives the encounter and joins the rebellion to fight the Empire.

There are multiple choices in the game as the plot goes on. 24 endings are available for the player.

The players can move Reynardo between the islands using a grappling hook. At the beginning of the game, Reynardo has a basic set of attacks and blocks which can be upgraded using experience points gained during combat. If the player dies during an encounter, they are respawned at the nearest checkpoint.

Crafting is also present in the game. Players can find treasure crates with materials which are used for creating new items of upgrades.

Stories: The Path of Destinies reviews and comments

Very high replayability. Interesting game concept, built on replays to learn more of the story. Combat is fun enough for a standard Bamham fare
«Underrated»
A very nice way of telling a story. Definitely memorable and worth playing
«That ending!»

Product received for free A truly captivating Game How you can see I received this Game for free. I don't know how or by whom, but I had it all at once. As if it had been The fate Room to play this Game. It's really very appealing and the Soundscape lets you sink into the Game yourself. The Combat System is not very difficult, but you still rejoice when you counter your Enemies precisely And perform a 50s Combo. So You really come in very quickly and you have the spin out in the hand-flip. Furthermore, history is not the Longest, but really hearty. In addition, it offers you a multirole decision-making Possibilities in the Game, which change the Story a Bit again and again and thus allows a Chance of dozens of Ends. In Summary, I can personally say that this Game is definitely worth a Try and I recommend it to all those who are great Friends of beautiful Stories! PS: To all The Looterkings out there, there are really countless Chests to be loot. The Levels are almost showered with the small (and large) Treasure Chests just waiting to be opened by you (͡ ° ͜ʖ ͡ °). Edit: Apparently you could buy the Game on May 12 Free in the Steam Shop. Now Puzzles solved, but still ... Destiny Hall * ^ *.

What does the fox say? Stories: The Path of Destinies is a fascinating Game. The fuckish Main Character Reynard networks his way through the Emperor'S Henchmen, levelt, learns new Skills and unlocks weapons and Items in the Best hack & slay manner. So far, so ordinary. What really makes the Game unique is the Way in which the Story is told. A single Run through the Story Takes about an Hour to Complete. However, the Plot is split between 25 possible Strands of Decision. The Trick is that the Game thrives on trying these different Ways. From the outset, it is not possible to create the Game in just one single Run. And so you try happily: What happens when I make a different Decision here? And what if there? Do I Save my Beloved Or do I raise the Super Weapon from the Temple? 24 of the 25 possible Decision-making Paths bring to a tragic End. And yet it's Fun to test out the different Variations. Stories: The Path of Destinies goes down an unusual Path in Storytelling, landing a Hit with it, in my Opinion. The Web Between narrative Passages plays out fluidly And is Fun. However, even the good Action cannot obscure the fact that in Principle there are only 6 Levels through which one marches in new Attempts again and again. A Narrator from the Off provides variety, however, who comments on the Action with a seemingly endless Repertoire of entertaining Sayings. When you have that over, everyone has to decide for themselves. With me, it was enough for 13 fun Hours, which is commensurate with the Price of the Game. With a Run through really all Variations, you probably get to 20-25 Hours.
