There is only one reason I liked this game, and that's the sense of speed it gives. Does it hold up? Most likely not. But for kid me it was a lot of fun
Superman 64 is one of the most notoriously bad games, you'd think anybody taking on the franchise would be extra sure to give it the time and attention it deserves to be at least all right.  EA, on the other hand, decided to devote seemingly no attention to developing this sad excuse for a Superman game.  So much of it flying through rings, THEY'VE LEARNED NOTHING!
