It’s June of 1788 and the Constitution is in peril! 8 states have ratified it, but now Virginia is split on whether to ratify or reject. We NEED every state to vote yes. The Antifederalists have begun to convince the convention to vote “No” and James Madison, the Federalist superstar, is nowhere to be found.

James Madison has been kidnapped. However, he expected that something would happen to him to prevent him from showing up at the convention. Before he was taken, he locked a document with his arguments on it in a locked box on his desk for safekeeping. Now it is up to the player to solve the clues to find the combination to the lock. Patrick Henry just started his speech! You’ve got to get to Madison’s arguments before Henry convinces everyone to vote no!
