Tetroids

Tetroids is a singleplayer Arcade Game for the htk Gamejam 2022 in which you need to evade falling Tetrominoes (Tetris Blocks) and shoot them before they stack up too high.

• Try to collect Coins to unlock 3 awesome Skins and update your ship. 
• Watch out for passing Tetrominoes!!
• Can you beat your highscore?

Asteroids meets Tetris

Gameplay

• Shoot and dodge falling Tetrominoes
• If the Ship gets hit by falling Tetrominoes you lose 1 of the standard 3 lives
• Automatically swap to Tetris Mode if the Tetrominoes build up too high
• If the Tetrominoes build up too high in Tetris Mode you lose 1 life
• Clear as many lines as you can
• Collect Coins
• Upgrade Ship (Health / Weapon / Damage / Fire Rate)
• Unlock Skins with Coins

Controls

Asteroids Mode

• Move (Left Arrow / Right Arrow)
• Speed Drop (Down Arrow)
• Shoot (Space)

Tetris Mode

• Move (Left Arrow / Right Arrow)
• Soft Drop (Down Arrow)
• Hard Drop (Space)
• Rotate (Clockwise = X / Counterclockwise = Y)
