The Alchemist's Task

As the alchemist you and your spirit companions must keep the demon portal sealed.

Together with your spirits you receive powers like healing and speed.

However you must choose to part with them, so they can channel their mana to seal the portal. 

Decide when to split up and rejoin with your spirit friends, determine when to use potions to refuel your spirit companions or fight off monsters, but keep in mind you must take time to re-mix your potions if you run out!

Controls

WASD or Arrow keys to move

Q - Lay potion bomb

E - Put Spirit on Rune or refill their mana

R - Recall spirit

M - Mix/Reload Potions

This is my entry for Brackeys Game Jam 2021.1

The theme is stronger together, and in the game you are stronger with your spirit allies, but you must at times depart from them as well to win.

I intend to come back and expand upon this or at least iron out the wrinkles after the Jam concludes, because I like the concept and of course was not able to get 100% what I wanted out in time.

This was a solo development project, and my first jam, it was a lot of fun!
