It is in the vein of Mario Maker, but for Roguelikes.

Players can design, test, and upload their own levels, to be played and rated by other players.  The editor offers quite a bit of flexibility in designing how things will behave in your level.

You can play uploaded levels without creating an account, but can't rate them, and your win/loss's don't contribute to their stats.

Creating an account is required to upload levels, but it can be done easily in game.
