Something has gone terribly wrong. There aren't many people left these days. The...things that showed up - after the Experiment tore a hole through reality - have seen to that. You're not sure how much time you, or humanity itself, has left. If you have enough bullets, and enough batteries, maybe you can live long enough to fight off the monsters and see tomorrow. If you see enough tomorrows, you just might be able to get back to the event and close off the hole that these monsters keep emerging from.
The Brookhaven Experiment is a Virtual Reality survival shooter for the HTC Vive. Players will have to use the weapons and tools provided to survive ever more terrifying waves of horrific monsters in an attempt to figure out what caused the beginning of the end of the world, and, if they're strong enough, stop it from happening. Keep your head on a swivel, upgrade your equipment, shoot, and if all else fails pistol whip your way through the monster hoards to survive one more day.

Unlock Weapon Upgrades in the Levels and replenish ammunition or Life at the End of a Section/Wave. The Control with the Vive Controllers goes well by hand and the Occupancy of the Buttons is well chosen, left Hand Knife/Flashlight and Right Creak/Grenades. Brookhaven is a pure Wave shooter, you stand in your Room-scale area (where you can also move) and Ballert Wave after wave of different chic Colored Monsters. It's relatively slow and, depending on the level, has a nice Horror Atmosphere. Sometimes the Levels are really hard and ... At least in the Beginning, there is also a Shortage Of Ammunition. In the Level you will find various Add-ons for the 6 Weapons, which can then be selected and equipped at the Beginning of a Wave. During a Wave, no Weapon changes are possible, there you have to make do with a Firearm, limited Grenades, Flashlight and a Knife.
Got to finish Storymode today after 5 Hours in normal Difficulty and have to say that it was really Exciting and Fun hours, I was not bored or annoyed At any Time.
I thought the €20 well was spent and would spend it again.
