The Devil's Duel reviews and comments

Duel Simulator with Ministory. Expiration of the Duel holsters the Weapon, then Bell wait out ... Pulling and shooting fast. The whole thing works quite well. Unfortunately, there are the Puzzle Elements that I can't cope with. If the Opponent happens to show up on one of the predetermined Places, then that's not so insanely exciting out of my Eyes. It also has little to do with thinking for me. Unless the Sequence of places remains the Same and you can remember the Pattern. I didn't do it to myself. Am just being fleded too fast;) Especially when I have to repeat the whole World after my Death. It is also too static for me, is a Duel and there is not a Run around. However, the Opponent or I could slowly, groaningly, come together. Instead, the Screen is colored red when I die and completely white when I win. For me, too little Spectacle. If someone can pull an ultra quickly a Gun and fancy repeating the same Opponents to bang, then maybe that's their Game. Uhh.. In addition, the one like me should also be more frust-tolerant. For around 11 Euros, I would have expected more Fine-tuning.

The Game makes a good Impression in the Beginning. You start with three Duels in a Western City, each a bit more difficult than the last one (i.e. the Opponent pulls a bit faster). Then there is a Bonus Level, when it comes to shooting off Melons flying through the Air. I still had the Feeling that you might have an Opponent moving in the next Duel. However, this was not the case. In the next Level I had to duel With Forest Spirits, which sometimes appeared there or sometimes on one of three Positions. A really bad Way to increase the Difficulty. Then again a melon level. Next I was in an extinct, modern City and my Opponent showed up only briefly to teleport herself immediately to one of several (well over 5) Places. Then I could only briefly see a Laser Beam flashing to shoot at them. However, you can'T always see the Beam that the Headset (HTC Vive) can't represent the full Width of the Road. So she can stand on the left or right side of the Road and shut you down unnoticed. Another bad Way to increase the Difficulty. Oh, yeah, I had briefly addressed moving before. Unfortunately, this is of no use to you. The Opponent hits YOU NOW, only his Speed varies. The Idea is good, the Controls great, but the Levels are not. Why isn't there like in the Sheissbude Level where the Opponents move, hide behind Barrels, look through Windows or whatever else. Or you can compete against several Opponents and have to think about which one should shoot first. The Game has Potential, but urgently needs better Game Modes. So there are only 2 Stars of me.
