...The gods and their Magic are gone long ago, and everything was left but a prophecy :
“From the Darkness shall rise the Light, From the Light shall rise the Darkness”.
Since then, every 16 years old boy has to challenge the "Sanctuary", as it’s said that Magic will be back with the One who would defeat its Beast.
Your hero will take part in the prophecy and find the true meaning of the "Fall of Gods", the story about the Genesis of the World, and perhaps, more about his lost mother.
The Fall of Gods is a traditional indie old-school action-rpg, where you could revive your favorite 16bit titles, but with more magic, and orchestral musics.

Pleasant game as to play initially, but that repeats itself very (too) quickly in its conception and its unfolding...
As well as the many graphical bugs that block you in the décor, with the only way to get you out: relaunch the last backup...
Make this little game, a little expensive entertainment but that alas do not hold its promises despite very good sides, the bad take over...

This is a great Game for Gamers who like Zelda-like action adventure adventure/RPGs.
Freely explorable World with lots of little Secrets, beautiful Dungeons and an interesting level system. You directly COLLECT XP for defeated Monsters, complete Quest And sometimes find Treasures, and then distribute them among the four Attributes of Strength, Skill, Wisdom, and Intelligence. Rather out of character for this Type of Game, but fits great. In Addition, there are many Spells to discover, with which one's own Style of play can be determined. Or classic with Sword on the Mouth:-)
Sometimes you have to look very carefully at where something is hidden. At one Point I had to inquire in the Community Forum because I couldn't find a Questorum partout. ANtwort then I got quickly from the Developer, it doesn't happen that often. Thumbs up for Support.
Overall, I can definitely recommend the Game. The Legend of Zelda brought me to the Taste of action adventures at the TIME (at the NES), and I still like to play this Genre. If you want to do the same, you shouldn't miss "The Fall of Gods."

I'm sure someone put a lot of work in this game, and for the low prize I thought it could be a little treasure. Sadly I didn't even play for 10 minutes. While the detail seems to be nice, the controlls are wonky. I had to double tap every single key to get the charakter to do anything, and after almost dying against the first possible enemy because my guy just didn' want to to hit, I uninstalled the game.

Shortly after my review I was contacted, and now the developer are working on my problem. I'm positivly surprised.

Originally I had a couple of probles with key configuration ans use, so I was pretty annoyed and uninstalled the game. After my Review at the time I got a quick reply, a few helpfull tipps and after it still didnt work my money back.
Now I have played it on a friends PC and I'm amazed. It reminds me of the "good old days" when it comes to videogames, and I'll play it again when I get a new pc. Seems the problem is on my side^^.
All together it's a fun and fullfilling game, and the developer actually gave a damn about my complains. Something a few of the bg names could learn from.
