The Gallery - Episode 1: Call of the Starseed reviews and comments

https://youtu.be/LqlPKqPqKS0 About the Game: The Gallery-Episode 1: Call of the Starseed is an Adventure game that is played from an Ego Perspective. For me as an old Adventure fan, who grew up with Games like Myst, ManiacMansion or Day of the Tentacle, this VR experience was new but absolutely fitting. In Ego Perspective with VR a Game to Play makes absolute Sense. It almost forces itself to bring this Genre to the VR because it just feels so natural and right. The Gallery is an Adventure and does almost everything right here. It is a good Story, which brings you the Game (Part 1) to the End, playing through with a lot of Vigour. Graphic: The Graphics are above average in the Covenant of other VR Games I have played to this day. The Edge Smoothing, which works well, contributes a very large Part to this. The Levels are very carefully designed and invite you to stay behind to admire the Level. At the high Graphics Level, my GTX1080 REACHES its Limits. However, even with a slightly reduced Graphics, I don't see any Difference. Unfortunately, the Textures are not as highly dissolved as you know it from "The LAB," for example. They are not bad but genes could get even better. The Engine works very well and leaves a lot of Room for great Features which have been very well implemented in the Game. That makes the Game Varied. Control: In my Case, the Control system works very well with the HTC Controllers. In Adventure Play, you like to put together a lot of Material that you have to or should take with you. The Inventory has been superbly resolved. You reach behind you and pull out a Backpack in which you can pack a lot into it. Also the selection of the Objects for their Use has been implemented very well in which one pulls the desired Part out of the Backpack. Giant Plus-point-Very innovative! Put your Head in a Direction you shouldn't. -For example, a wall-This Behavior is prevented by a fuzzy View. In addition, after a few Seconds, the System will put you back in a Correct Position. -Clever Basics can be moved freely in the given Area and "beam to the first desired Place. Just like Myst, just a lot more flexible. Sound: The Sound (Voices) was recorded Professionally and let you really Immerse You in the Game. Goosebumps guaranteed. Game Fun: The Fun is definitely given. It is NOT a Tech Demo that is offered here as a Game. It is a Story-based Adventure game that makes the Adventure Fan heart beat Faster. A "little" Pearl. For my Part, I had a lot of Fun with the part of the Game. Conclusion: Pro: Great Play Pass and Tension Great Story Very Beautiful Graphic Good Control Very innovative gameplay and Inventory counter: The few Memory Points can annoy you already. Saved is automatically after each Section. If you don't Manage a Section on one Piece, you start it from the front, I had felt 5 Memory Points. That annoys. Such a Professionally built game should also be supported with other Languages or would like to be synchronized at this Price. Language Muffles like me still manage to play the Game;-) For any Adventure Fan or those who still want to become-ONE MUST, unless the Price is put off. The current Price without a Discount is almost 25 .-I had given myself a lot of Time to Play and took 5 Hours to finish. However, the Game can be played easily in 2 Hours. I would pay the Money for the first Part again at any time, but there would probably be a little more Play time for it.
