The Mouses of Purrliament

A Cat and a Rat must work together to retain control of the Purrliament. 

The Cat is an esteemed politician who's in charge of making laws and doctrines. 

The Rat is his secret assistant inspiring fear with his trusted shovel Bertha.

Get Purrliament Members to vote on the bills you layout but don't let a cat vote with the wrong choice on your bill otherwise your approval rating will go down.

Watch out! If you don't let a cat vote on your bill your approval ratings will plummet!

Have the Rat use his trusted shovel to change the choices of the Purrliament Members.

Can they maintain there political power or will it all come crumbling down upon them.
