Hello their Board player out there:) Although I have only played the Tutorial until now & watched 4 Youtube Lets plays, I am convinced that I will play this Game more often from now on. The game mechanics are turn-based and you draw Cards with which you can gain Influence in Countries (Which of course the Opponent can do). But by Dragging and Dropping the Cards to play up, you have to choose what they should be used in by which "Slot" you place them. Because Changing Influence in Countries directly is just one of many Possibilities. For Example, one can also bring about a Coup-which is such a Kind of Coup-so you can also redistribute influence in Countries where the Opponent has already acted; But you didn't have Access to them yourself until long (because you don't have an adjacent Land)-This Action is then selected. There are other many ways to change the Course Of the Game. The Basic Rules of the Game open up quickly. BUT this makes you not a proven Tactics Expert for a long time. On the Internet you can find very detailed Pages on Strategies. Even if it certainly takes a little bit until I don't ignore any important Things in game & make the right Decisions I already have a lot of pleasure in this Software Pearl. The Atmosphere is great & just awesome. I can recommend this Game for board game & cold war lovers. Thanks for reading & having fun Rewriting the Story I wish You! EDIT: Some Achievements don't work/The DEVs have been pointed out several Times-nothing happened to alleredings.

I've been beta-testing the PC version for ages, but this is definitely meant for the iPad - the number 1 board game in the world finally has a digital version!

A fantastic Strategy game where you can learn a Lot about Cold War geopolitics. However, it already takes three Games to win for the first Time.

How long before the spanish laguage is added?. (and the others laguages). They were unlocked and We backed the project because of them. After years of delay We are still waiting.

My offline game keeps on crashing at the same point where the AI opponent is analyzing. Also there are some bugs still in the Turn Zero expansion. Otherwise I'm already happy with the effort that has been put into this app.

Very good adaptation of this complex game, but unfortunately some cards are bugged (at least when playing vs. AI). For emxample the israel-arab war, when having two influence in Israel (no USSR influence) must result in a loss when the dice shows a 4, but instead arab wins. Or why can USSR make a coup attempt in Italy while not having any influence there (as the player you need at least one influence)?

The game at its core is solid, but there are some flaws that need addressing. Panning the camera is broken when zoomed in. I can't believe this slipped through the cracks of QA. It's so easy to scale the translation of the panning gesture based on the current zoom level. Looking up the rules as you play is needlessly complicated. Even though contextual help should be an advantage, this game makes it a disadvantage.

The game is very interesting and addictive. Unfortunately it suffers from 2 major flaws:-repeated bugs that cause returns to the Office and require to restart the app (+ 10 times per game)-a super slow AI. Sometimes you have to wait five minutes before it plays a card. I have never played a game so slow ' and yet I have several big caliber (through the ages, Agricola, Le Havre...). Following the negative feedback that accompanied the release of the game, I waited many updates before buying it. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the points mentioned above. Developers ' gentlemen, you still have a lot of work to do.
