Frankly when I saw the game, I told myself that it's going to be something sloppy but considering the ratings I said to myself "why not?"
When I tried I immediately saw how much the game is optimized and in addition it is in French (not everywhere). The look of Assassin's creed black flag is somewhat less beautiful but free.
There are however some negative points: there are small bugs not very important and rather rare.
The game is not translated anywhere (to fill the gap it is enough just to have a low level of English).
The multi mode lacks world but still remains a solution in case it lacks a little gold for its ship.
In short, I highly recommend it, the only thing missing is to be able to have an open world mode in multi, it would be just huge.

It's been a few years that I play this game, on Smartphone at the base then PC (although I do not play it enormously), I even bought (for the first time on a free to play) objects but it must be said that the AI is always picking up and it is sometimes annoying.
I want to accept that the ships of my fleet that I cannot control (because one can only control a ship at a time on 1 to 4 ships max) are unable to gauge the power of the enemy and automatically choose what to do in costs (attacking (with which m follow me, flee or anchor);
I want to understand that my ships are being destroyed by weaker enemy ships, but when I order my ships to flee (knowing that the AI is clearly not the strong point of the game) by coping to attack only with my main ship to every time but that my fleeing ships go to an island and find themselves blocked and quickly caught up by the enemy ships, it's a little hot anyway ° _ ° so when this kind of stuff happens to me, I "restart" (Fortunately there is at least this option , it's always nicer than an ALT F4) hoping to appear in a better place (farther from the Islands/rocks possible) and have a favorable wind (because there is a wind direction that can be very annoying, especially coupled with this AI).
I will try to continue playing and see if the AI improves a minimum over time.
When the AI of my ships is able to recognize and avoid obstacles, I will remove my negative opinion even if the AI is sometimes messed up and that is not the only problem of this game. Because it's still a free-to-play and I still like the idea of the game.
