STORYA young man has spent his life suffering from a mysterious memory problem wherein his recollections of the past are not consistent with reality. Throughout his existence, he has suffered the ridicule of his teachers and classmates because of his strange problem.

His path takes a turn when he is contacted by an enigmatic figure who maintains that the young man is, in fact, possessed of a secret and incredible destiny.

The figure, who calls himself Dr. Quantum, says that his memory problem is not a problem at all, but rather is an immunity... a special power pertaining to the very fabric of time itself. He enlists the young man to take part in a great adventure against a deadly adversary, and to use his powers and intellect to solve some of the most dangerous conspiracies, puzzles and mysteries in our history. Mysteries that will, when solved, unlock some of the most fundamental and fascinating Truths of the Universe itself!GAMEPLAYThe game is a streamlined, modern take on the Alternate Reality Game (ARG) genre. Each puzzle is presented as a titillating combination of text, images, sound, video, and 3D objects. The puzzles lead you on through the storyline, integrating and building upon the mysteries you've already uncovered, and revealing deeper and more complex enigmas that will amaze, thrill, and even scare you. Be warned: the solutions to the puzzles are not easy to discover, and may be hidden in history, obscured by cryptograms, embedded within steganographic images, concealed within riddles, shrouded in history, or guarded by any number of other dark concealments.

The game intends to connect you with reality, so you are encouraged to use any real-world resources available to you: Internet, Books, Library, Encyclopedias, ANYTHING! Well, except Spoilers, for obvious reasons :P

The Temporal Invasion reviews and comments

Product received for free is Quite an unusual game: part of the detective, a pinch of noir, a basket of puzzles and a handful of conspiracy theories in the bargain. Immediately say that play without knowledge of English does not make sense. Yes, and the casual in the game does not smell. The Gameplay is that you are associated with a "Mr X" and says that the world around you is a lie! But He can tell you the truth, but to say it openly he can not and is compelled only to guide you on a way of thinking puzzles. ALL communication between you is carried out by means of e-mail (giving a tribute to real communication). The Game consists of 2 parts, each with 10 cases. In turn, each case consists of 10 tasks, solving which we approach the "truth". Each job begins with a letter that gives instructions and a picture that contains the answer needed to go to the next job. In order To get out of this miserable piece of paper answer, you have several devices: magnifying glass, UV lamp, computer with useful programs. The Game is made in the genre of alternative history, with a mixture of conspiracy theories, mysticism, government secrets and other things. Some quests are clear and you attack the right track immediately. Others seem to be delusional, so it is completely unclear how to find the answer. So personally I sometimes had to use the "Room Help". By the Way, the game direct text tells you to use any literature, any help and the Internet, but do not look directly answers to questions. + Quite unusual setting and gameplay + food for thought to fans of conspiracies, believers in the secret government of reptiles with Nibiru + sometimes very difficult tasks, requiring to throw brains-did not like the management. The Game understands only the mouse. But it was so desirable to move around the screen with arrows, "escape" to return to the previous menu, "enter" to move to the next stage of prologue-sometimes illogical tasks (although it may be my stupidity and my imperfect English)-may be it and not Disadvantage at all, but I do not like the excessive complexity of the individual moments-some illogical narrative. I Think it will not be a spoiler, if I say that in the course of the game we kind of change the place of dislocation. And being on the secret base quietly go into the inet and read the mail, where we are told the password as A whole we have a rather unusual game with a plot in the style of "Secret materials" with tricky puzzles, but some moments of storytelling and gameplay spoil Sense of involvement in the game and somewhat contradict common sense. However, despite the fact that the plot is interesting to follow, and about browsing pictures in Photoshop, with different filters in the search for secret meaning, I generally do not.
