The number on the top-left of the screen is your FPS. Please use the download if it is below 60. 

Also there may be some issues with the sounds on the HTML version, but I'm not sure.

Use WASD or arrow keys to move.

Space or X to jump. (W or up arrow can be used to jump as well.)

Other controls should be explained in-game.

But here they are for reference:

Z/L set checkpoint. C/K use checkpoint. V/J use other checkpoint.
