Warming Warning

You have a protester unit in a city and every turn the emissions are reduced to minimum of -0.4. Also, while protesters are in a city there is a chance of a resistor enemy unit spawning nullifying the protesters effect after a few turns. You can also build new protester once enough cash is generated just by clicking a part of the UI and waiting a turn or 2.

The object of the game is to reduce emissions overall to 0, if emissions hit 400, the game ends.
