You are the son of a nobleman, but after you have been accused of being the son of the devil, you are captured by the Inquisition and while you are waiting to be tortured, you will know that your noble father renounced his paternity. Will you manage to get out of the deadly predikamentet? And who is trying to help you, and why?
This is the story of the adventure that initially takes place in modern times. There you have forgotten your origins and what your client expects from you. When You start tracking back you will discover an incredible story that began 500 years ago involving the Inquisition, Vatican, torture, immortality, Satan and unexpectedly heroic courage. But are you free from the 500 Years long shadows?
This is a continuation/deepening of the Yesterday. It refers to the plot of that game, but it is possible to play it standalone.
Sometimes very cinematic, like an interactive animated film. The Scenes are very stylish, like paintings of real environments. The Close-Ups of gadgets are also really nice. The People have the typical animated appearance. It is sometimes difficult to figure out what to do in a scene. Often It's about talking to people, checking for details, combining the right things and information. Once you've done it correctly, the game will take over. The game mechanics are quite knövlig. And the cursor that you can interact with a gadget suddenly changes from a white dot to a dark circle. And you must have the gadget in the right position to make a selection appear. But The pivotal 3D perspective on gadgets is very neat.
The English translation is bitwise lumpy and sometimes incorrect. It is also a bit träligt in the long run to have to wait for your character to slowly loaf up to what you want to watch. And as in several games, information can disappear when you happen to tap once too much and sometimes you can't get back that particular box. Sometimes info and dialogs disappear by themselves before you read it. Which is all the worse in this kind of information-dependent game. Sometimes the information is contradictory too or difficult to understand. As Why John says he has the mark in his left hand, when his avatar marks that he has it in the right.
Towards the end, the game crashed several times and it only saves on certain points, or when you've done some things, so sometimes you may need to redo certain moments.
Because It takes a long time to do things and also to figure out what to do, the game feels very far, perhaps not always for the right reason.
But it is exciting to try to get a grasp of how things are connected. It is a very good story that is rolled up. Had it not been for the recalcitrant game mechanics and other technicalities, it would have become a full pot.
And then we'll see what is probably the most drastic method of cosmetic history to get rid of wrinkles around the eyes 😄
