Call of Duty review
by Alexander Zhukov

I completed the game on the highest difficulty (veteran). The game made me sweat, it was really difficult at times. I pay tribute to nostalgia, the game is good and well worth the time spent on it.

A revolutionary FPS that changed things in the genre forever. The intensity of the singleplayer campaign was unmatched at its time, and really gave the game a sense of urgency that you couldn't find anywhere else. The multiplayer wasn't super deep, but it was easy to pick up and play for hours.

Cool down to that you have to do in most Missions like sick Neger drive by it and the Shots are scripted and you can't take Cover. This means without Console Not possible on Veteran difficulty lol.

Since I am a SinglePlayer Gamer and I find the Story mostly good in Call of Duty you can actually recommend all the Call of Duty games of 1-Advanced Warfare All that comes after it, in the current Sci-Fi Boom that is already extreme at the moment, can be good But is too turned off for me ... Still E M P F E H L E N S W E R T? J A!

Knowing the Game by heart from before, the Story is through in about 3-4 Hours. So, at least, is my Case. It is actually about 8-10 Hours. Hundreds of Hours back then, but since there is not a reasonable Server now, you can't do anything anymore:) Nevertheless, a Masterpiece and my first CoD not like the mucktegern fans with MW2 and the following CoD ...

Rhaaa, call of duty first of the name, at the time of the Medal of honor and other band of brothers... Worship! What a pleasure to immerse yourself in a good FPS, very scripted to the old, but in beautiful way: not a moment of boredom, a film staging (genre it is necessary to save private Ryan) and effects that make forget the age of the title; In addition, contrary to what steam says in the game page, this one is entirely in French: voice, subtitles and interface! Expect a steam balance to acquire it at vile price like 3 euros, it will be money well used and you will be entitled to 10 hrs of fun game, immersive, which turns well on all machines even your toaster practically! Enjoy!

System: I7-6700K @ 4.00GHz-16GB RAM – GeForce GTX 980 @ Win10 Call of Duty has lost none of its Fascination Years later. Sure the Graphics are out of date, but it's always exciting to see where a Series started. The Game runs under Win10 with 60fps and full Details (4:3) – would be cruel if it wasn't. I had no Problems or Crashes Whatsoever. Unfortunately, the German Steam Version only runs in German. I also haven't found a quick Fix with Dr. Google to change that accordingly. Since the Campaign has been mastered in just under five Hours anyway, it was not worth doing research on it any more. You should tackle the Game at least on Normal – otherwise it's super easy and you're through in a loose 4 Hours. Activisiontypical even the oldest CoD still costs €20-and does not go below €10 in the Sale. These are really salted Prizes – look at the fact that you are definitely buying the Game in the Sale and not spending the Full Price on it. I still find it worthwhile after all these Years and it's Fun – just not at Full Price:)
This game didn’t stand the test of time. Years ago it seemed to be good but playing CoD now I understand how frustrating it is. The problem is with the game design in general. There are a lot of situations which the player can’t control, because the balance is bad. Sometimes you’re rushed by enemies and have the only place to hide but still get killed while reloading. I’m sure it’s not right when the game forces you to die again and again. I think, many players will agree with me - we played Call of Duty but sometimes it wasn’t fun at all.
The single-player campaign is surprisingly short, although the games is quite great for the time it was realised at. It’s an atmospheric FPS, the Stalingrad campaign is my favourite, very frightening and intense. I didn’t like much for the secret agent British campaign, but I guess it was alright, I am no huge lover of stealth missions. I’d recommend this game to anyone who haven’t played it, since it’s the time-tested classic of FPS.
